It's time to learn practical self love

If you’re anything like me, it’s just so much easier to give to others than to give to yourself. Giving is an innate part of who you are. You might even call yourself a “natural giver.”

But what happens when the giving runs dry? What happens when you run out of steam and you finally need to focus on yourself?

How do you even begin to prioritize yourself when you don’t know how, don’t have the time, and just plain feel hella guilty when you do?

Hey, I get it! I’ve totally been there with you. I used to think that giving to myself and giving to others were mutually exclusive. I thought that if I gave to myself, I took away from the people I loved. It seemed like sacrificing my own wellbeing was the easier, and frankly, more responsible thing to do. You feel me?

At Be Simply It

I’m determined to demystify self love. It’s time to deconstruct the mythical idea of self love and make it a practical experience that we can live on a daily basis.

If you’re looking for a companion to cheer you on, encourage you out of your mental ruts, and constantly remind you of your fabulousness, then you’re in the right spot.

It’s time to start your self love journey. And you don’t have to do it alone. It’s time to do this together.
